Is Basic a free trial?

No. Basic is free forever and includes 250 monthly active users (MAU), unlimited sign-ins, and unlimited apps. No credit card is required.

How does Pro usage-based billing work?

Pro costs $25 USD per month and includes 1,000 MAU. Each additional MAU costs $0.025 (2.5 cents). For example, 1,200 MAU costs $30 for the month: $25 plus $5 for 200 additional MAU.

What happens after 250 MAU on Basic?

You can choose to automatically enroll in Pro when you reach the 250 MAU limit, so your users can keep signing in without interruption. Pro starts at $25 USD per month with 1,000 MAU included, then $0.025 per additional MAU.

Do you support my auth provider?

Yes. All plans support Clerk, Auth0, Firebase, Supabase, Stytch, Descope, and WorkOS AuthKit. If your auth provider isn’t listed, we can support it too. Contact us to get your integration set up. You can keep your existing authentication.
